Single-Tooth Implants
A titanium implant replaces the root of a missing tooth, supporting a ceramic crown made to match the colour and shape of the teeth beside it. Unlike a conventional bridge, neighboring healthy teeth are not reduced or altered. We also do fixed crowns on the day.

The timeline is from 2 weeks to 3 months from placement to final crown, depending on healing and implant brand.

Fixed teeth on the day of surgery

Where the clinical conditions allow, we use All-on-4 and All-on-6 immediate-load protocols to fit a fixed provisional bridge on the day of surgery, so you do not leave without teeth. Suitability depends on bone volume and quality, which we assess with support of advanced imaging. Where immediate loading is not advisable, we plan a staged approach and explain the timeline before treatment begins.

​The provisional fixed bridge is provided on the day and worn during the healing period while the implants integrate with the bone. The definitive prosthesis is produced and fitted once integration is complete, usually after 3 months.
Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Restoration of both arches, combining implants, crowns and prosthetics. Treatment is planned in stages and, for patients travelling from abroad, sequenced around your visits. Function and appearance are planned together — bite, proportion, and the relationship between the teeth and the face.
